Koru Mindfulness 101

Begin or boost your mindfulness practices in September! This four-week online course features the evidence-based curriculum from Duke University's Center for Koru Mindfulness.


Built for newcomers to mindfulness and meditation, while also welcoming active practitioners, each weekly 75-minute class includes an opening meditation, small group check-in, mind-body skill instruction, and mindfulness meditation practice.


Mondays (September 11, 18, 25, and October 2) @ 12:00 - 1:15 pm CDT


Class sessions will be recorded if you need to miss a week. Enrollment fee includes instruction, course materials with textbook (physical copy or pdf), and lifetime access to the Koru Mindfulness app.
