The Leadership Challenge® Self Empowered™ helps create a culture of empowerment that inspires you to make an impact from wherever you are, individually and organizationally. By introducing the language of leadership through the lens of your own behaviors, you'll learn to recognize and act on your own natural skills. Based on the data-driven framework of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®, Self Empowered™ includes an assessment and facilitated learning experience designed to benefit anyone at any level, but especially if you're in the early stages of your leadership journey.

Powered by the LPI®: Leadership Practices Inventory®, you'll receive a personalized report with narrative feedback about your leadership skills and behaviors. Your report includes individualized tips and guidance on what leadership skills you naturally utilize and the areas where you can improve. Guided by one of The Leadership Challenge®'s esteemed Certified Masters, the facilitated learning experience brings insights from the report to life with impactful activities, discussions, and video featuring real-world situations. Through this experience, you'll begin to recognize and act on your own natural leadership abilities and you'll come away with definitive actions you can take to grow.
