About the event
Led by Koru teacher-in-training Angie Chaplin, this introductory series runs on four consecutive Wednesdays beginning June 7.
Built for newcomers to mindfulness and meditation, while also welcoming active practitioners, each weekly 90-minute class includes an opening meditation, small group check-in, mind-body skill instruction, and mindfulness meditation practice. Enrollment fee includes course materials with textbook (physical or digital copy) plus lifetime access to the Koru Mindfulness app.
